CareFlex welcomes new sales manager with specialist seating and postural care experience
CareFlex has announced Scott Wheeler as the firm’s new sales manager, bringing with him more than 11 years of experience within the specialist seating and postural care industry.
Scott joins the team with a strong background in assessment-led seating solutions, team leadership, and customer-focused service delivery. Throughout his career, he has remained passionate about ensuring individuals receive the right support, backed by knowledgeable guidance, high-quality products, and ongoing aftercare.
Speaking about joining CareFlex, Scott said: “I’ve been in the industry for 11 years, starting as a seating assessor in the South East. After a few years, I moved into managing the UK Product Specialist team, growing it from 5 to 20 specialists, who supported thousands of assessments each year.
“Throughout my career, my focus has always been on doing what’s right for the customer, delivering a market-leading service backed by high-quality products, knowledgeable assessors, and strong aftercare.
“Since joining CareFlex, I’ve been struck by the shared passion across the team to put customers first and find solutions that genuinely improve quality of life. It’s something I’m proud to be part of, and I’m looking forward to what we can achieve together.”
Scott’s appointment reflects CareFlex’s continued commitment to strengthening customer relationships and investing in experienced, values-driven people who share the company’s customer-centric approach.
