Care sector equipment supplier expands reach in South West and retail proposition with acquisition
24NRG Healthcare, a supplier of a wide range of healthcare and mobility equipment to the care sector, has acquired Lighthouse Healthcare Solutions (previously known as Lighthouse Maintenance and Services), boosting its reach in the South West of England and expanding its retail proposition.
Formed in 2005 and based in Bodenham, Hereford, 24NRG operates throughout the UK, providing full service and repair of healthcare equipment, along with maintenance & LOLER inspections, decontamination services and sales of equipment including sling, hoists, baths and profiling beds to care establishments.
Located in Devon, Lighthouse Healthcare Solutions also specialises supplying and maintaining healthcare and mobility equipment to the care, residential and nursing home industry, from lifts and hoists to beds, bathroom aids and wheelchairs.
The acquisition of Lighthouse Healthcare Solutions will expand the Group’s reach in the South West of England, with 24NRG confirming the previous owners Nick and Deborah Lott will remain with the company for the foreseeable future.
