Care & Independence promotes Steve Watson to National Assessment Sales Manager
Care & Independence’s former Regional Sales Manager, Steve Watson, has been promoted to the newly created role of National Assessment Sales Manager.
In his new role, Steve will be responsible for the entire company’s field-based assessment sales team, providing support and leadership for assessment-led sales and the development of its field-based service.
According to Care & Independence, Steve will also champion its customer training initiatives and lead essential customer insights to help shape the moving and handling company’s future.

With over 25 years’ experience in the moving and handling sector, Steve has been with Care & Independence for the past 13 years. During that time, he has developed strong relationships with its partners and customers, says the company, and consistently demonstrated his passion for improving lives.
Headquartered in Bicester, Oxfordshire, Care & Independence manufacture and supply specialist moving and handling equipment, off-the-shelf and bespoke slings and bathing products, to hospitals, nursing homes and private customers.
