Candor donates and installs stairlifts to two families in desperate need
Following on from its “Stair Crow” creation at Heather Scarecrow Festival, Candor Stairlifts has donated a stairlift to two local families who needed the mobility equipment the most.
After receiving many “heart-warming” entries about why somebody should win a stairlift, Candor decided on two winners: Mr Holt from Leicestershire and Mr Rastall from Hinckley.
On the 7th September, Candor presented the winners with their stairlifts and carried out their installations free of charge.
After suffering with knee problems over the last few years, Mr Holt, 90, was struggling to get up his stairs. However, helping him keep his independence, Candor decided to donate him a stairlift to help make his life easier.
Mr Rastall had been in rehabilitation for a few months, but was looking forward to getting back home to his family. However, his lack of mobility meant he would have to sleep downstairs at home as he would not be able to get up the stairs.
Candor decided to donate him a stairlift so he could get up and down the stairs with ease and would not have to worry about his restricted mobility in his home.
The company says it is delighted to have helped these families with its stairlift donations and hopes it will give them more comfort, confidence and reassurance in their homes.https://thiis.co.uk/candor-donates-and-installs-stairlifts-to-two-families-in-desperate-need/https://i2.wp.com/thiis.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2018/11/Candor-3.jpg?fit=1000%2C1012&ssl=1https://i2.wp.com/thiis.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2018/11/Candor-3.jpg?resize=150%2C150&ssl=1NewsroomSupplier NewsCandor Stairlifts,Heather Scarecrow Festival, mobility equipment,Mobility product,Stairlift, stairlift donationFollowing on from its “Stair Crow” creation at Heather Scarecrow Festival, Candor Stairlifts has donated a stairlift to two local families who needed the mobility equipment the most. After receiving many “heart-warming” entries about why somebody should win a stairlift, Candor decided on two winners: Mr Holt from Leicestershire and...Calvin BarnettCalvin Barnettcalvin@thiis.co.ukAdministratorTHIIS Magazine
