BHTS announcement - June 15 - THIIS website

On 15 June 2021, the British Healthcare Trade Show (BHTS) will take place, reconnecting retailers and with leading manufacturers ahead of an expected busy summer of trading in the mobility and access sectors.

Delivered in partnership with the British Healthcare Trades Association, THIIS Magazine and Promoting Independence, BHTS is the industry’s only B2B event made for the trade.

Sponsored by Motion Healthcare, the show will be held over one day, providing a relaxed, Covid-secure space where industry retailers, installers and distributors can meet to network and talk business after a difficult winter.

It comes as the nation prepares for the continued lifting of lockdown restrictions, fuelled by the successful vaccine rollout. As part of the government’s roadmap, conference centres and exhibition halls, including for the purposes of business events, will be allowed to resume from 17 May 2021 onwards.

For many mobility and access retailers, it will mark a turning point after a tough winter, which saw high streets deserted, many stores closed, and consumers confined to their homes.

Taking place at the Weetwood Hall Estate and Conference Centre, the show will provide the platform to discover new products, reconnect with peers, and network with potential new partners.

The free-to-attend event will also include seminars from leading experts in social media, pay-per-click advertising, public relations and more, providing tailored advice to help mobility retailers and installers capitalise on the summer recovery.
