BHTA to host information-packed networking event for mobility and independent living retailers
The British Healthcare Trade Association (BHTA) will be hosting a special event packed with useful information and practical guidance in February 2025 for mobility and independent living retailers.
BHTA Retailers Day will be held on Tuesday 4th February 2025 from 9.15am to 3.30pm at the Village Hotel in Solihull.
As well as offering an excellent opportunity for networking and to learn about new products hitting the market, the event promises a packed programme of information-packed sessions.
Highlights of the sessions include a look at customer accessibility in showrooms, myths and misunderstandings around batteries and a discussion about mediation and conflict resolution in the workplace.
Delegates can learn about the BHTA’s Code of Practice with a spotlight on compliance checks and about the the BHTA/CBI research on SME retail in the UK, while also viewing products on display from some of its members.
