Store managers received dedicated training on best practices, highlighting Ableworld’s proactive approach to safeguarding customer data and operational integrity.

This year’s theme, “Embrace the Vision,” brought together store managers from Ableworld showrooms across the UK to align on the company’s goals, share best practices, and reinforce the shared mission of helping people maintain their independence for longer.

The conference, which took place at Wychwood Park in Crewe, featured a full day of collaboration, including team-building and department-led presentations on major initiatives.

Key highlights included the upcoming launch of a new CRM system to boost customer experience and efficiency, as well as the debut of seven new mobility scooters.

Ableworld also teased additional product releases later in Q3, reinforcing its commitment to innovation and customer independence.

Attendees were also briefed on the company’s upcoming summer sale, with a focus on communicating the benefits of Ableworld products to customers in a clear, compelling way.

Ableworld welcomed presentations from three key supplier partners Scott Andrews, Director at Arelle, Neil Bunning, Managing Director of Electric Mobility, and Gee Golisz, Managing Director of Mibed.

Each speaker shared insights into their company’s support of Ableworld’s growth strategy, reinforcing the value of strong supplier relationships.
