Ableworld’s annual business conference celebrates success and embracing innovation

Nationwide mobility retailer Ableworld hosted its annual business conference in Cheshire recently bringing together business partners from across the UK for a memorable two-day event.
Taking place at the Cranage Hall Hotel in Crewe, the event began began with an evening celebration dinner, which included an awards ceremony and entertainment, where the retailer recognised the outstanding achievements of its partners.
The following day was filled with insightful presentations from external speakers such as Handicare, who shared the latest developments in stairlifts, Iqbal Mobarik, who discussed the innovative systems and technologies being introduced across the business, and Chantry, who emphasized the importance of company structure, and exit strategies, and the resales process.
Ableworld’s internal team also delivered key presentations, with Paul Rowland, Senior Logistics Manager, introducing the new SharePoint and Builder systems and explaining how these have improved communication and operational efficiency.

Additionally, attendees enjoyed an inspiring fireside chat with Ken Deary, board member of Ableworld and founder of Right at Home UK, where he shared his journey and valuable business insights.
To close the day, senior managers and business partners were treated to an inspiring talk from Scotty Mills, former Royal Marines Major, who presented a motivating session on leadership and resilience, which Ableworld said made a fitting end to a successful conference.
An Ableworld spokesperson commented: “We’re excited to take these insights forward as we continue to grow and strengthen our partnerships.”
