Ableworld staff at annual business conferenceNational mobility retailer Ableworld held its Annual Business Conference recently, bringing together franchisees, partners, and industry experts to focus on the theme ‘Embracing the Vision’.

The event highlighted Ableworld’s ethos and mission to deliver exceptional customer care, ethical retail practices, and operational excellence. Attendees gained insights from both internal and external speakers.

Neil Cox, Finance Director, provided a company update and shared the vision for the year ahead. Paul Jackson, Senior IT & Projects Manager, discussed cyber security and system improvements, while Regional Managers Lee Hollis and Rob McClelland covered franchisor standards and range reviews.

Tom Watson from Six & Flow explored HubSpot marketing enhancements, and Chantelle Apilats, Senior Stairlift Manager, shared insights on stairlift sales, diary management, and growth analysis.

Neil Brunning from Electric Mobility looked at future technology, including LiFe batteries. Non-Executive Directors, Paul Boniface and Ken Deary, led breakout sessions on leadership and vision, and the day concluded with a keynote from Tim Arthur on leadership, mindset, brand, and keeping the customer at the centre of everything.

The conference concluded with an awards ceremony celebrating franchisee achievements over the past 12 months.
