Ableworld delights in triple award success recognising its charity and customer service work
Mobility retailer Ableworld UK is delighted to have completed a treble of award successes, all scooped within a very exciting three-week period.
Its latest award success came as Ableworld UK entered the ‘Which? Trusted Trader of the Month’ competition for December 2021.
After a strict criteria and application process, Ableworld were crowned the winners, with judges’ commenting on the amount of “extremely impressive” charity work that the retailer had done.
Ableworld stated that they are proud to be a Which? Trusted Trader for their Stairlift and Engineering work, giving their customers the confidence they are shopping with a reputable trader.
The Handicare ‘Retailer of the Year 2021’ award came in quick succession, as Handicare hosted their Virtual Partner Day recently.
The session welcomed stairlift suppliers from across the UK to share in their achievements of the past 12 months, with Ableworld being announced as the overall Retailer of the Year.
Ableworld’s skilled stairlift department was commended for looking after its customers from install to beyond, with installation, servicing and repair work all offered.
The retailer’s ability in listening to its customers needs and giving honest advice on the appropriate stairlift was a trait that led to them winning the award.
The two awards came shortly after Ableworld UK picked up their first accolade at the South Cheshire Business Awards 2021 where the retailer was announced winner of the ‘Business of the Year (25+ employees)’ category.
The awards came after Ableworld remained open throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, helping its customers through home delivery and demonstrations.
Despite the ongoing uncertainty of the COVID-19 pandemic, Ableworld have continued to grow in store numbers and staff in 2021.
The company now look forward to another successful year in 2022, with exciting new mobility products and further store openings on the horizon.
