AAT GB partners with Osprey Healthcare to raise the bar with new assisted toileting products
For people who need help to sit or stand especially when using the WC, the Osprey Toilet Raiser, available nationally through AAT GB, is the latest addition to Osprey Healthcare’s range of enabling aids.
The contemporary-styled Raiser has been purpose-designed to encompass optimal variations as it is height adjustable, it will fit round most WCs, and it can be accessorised into a commode.
The Raiser is simply positioned over the WC and adjusted to the correct height to accommodate both the WC and the user; designed for optimal stability, there is no need to screw to the floor, expediating retro-fit particularly in wetroom environments.

Simple push-button operation means most people can understand and operate it; if manual strength is reduced, then voice activation is available as an option.
An emergency call button can also be added if needed. When triggered, the battery-powered Toiler Raiser fluidly and gently raises or lowers the user over the WC or commode.
Each battery charge will power up to 100 lifts: an integrated battery level indicator ensures the risk of the user being left without power is minimised. Earlier this year, AAT launched the Aqua Liberty, a bath system that comfortably enables the bather to be properly supported in the bath with minimal physical intervention from a carer.
