Vehicle adaptation specialist, Autochair, is exhibiting at the OT Practice Conference taking place from 17 – 18 May.
Now in its fourth year, the conference will see 300+ independent occupational therapists updated on the latest news in the industry from a number of key speakers and exhibitors.
Autochair will be introducing their Partner Scheme, a commission-based referral scheme.
Partner Manager at Autochair, explains: "Customer enquiries that are passed on to us and result in a sale will receive a percentage of the order value in return.
"With more than 30 years’ experience of partnering with retailers, we know how often mobility scooter and wheelchair hoist enquiries get made. Our aim is simple; to make the purchasing process as straight forward and rewarding as possible for all involved. Our Partner Scheme offers not only three exclusive products but also an assured easy and fast payment of commission, meaning both seller and customer are left satisfied.”
Partners are provided with a dedicated account manager and unique 0800 number with free marketing and point of sale materials, ensuring all enquiries are tracked accurately. Partners also receive access to the Partner Portal, a dedicated online hub that allows for the management and tracking of referral activity.
Autochair, which has recently welcomed independent mobility consultant and disability rights campaigner Helen Dolphin MBE as brand ambassador, signed its 600th partner shop in April and is aiming to reach 1000 by the end of the year.
The success of the Partner Scheme has seen the company partner with leading scooter manufacturers in the UK such as TGA, alongside some of the biggest mobility retailers like CareCo.
This year’s OT Practice Conference is taking place at Old Thorns Estate in Liphook, Hampshire.
The Autochair range includes UK-manufactured wheelchair and scooter hoists with a capacity of up to 200kg, person lifts which can transfer people from wheelchair to car seat for use at home, work and on holiday and an innovative transfer plate that gives passengers and drivers a stable transfer platform.
